- Notes: Your text notes, images, and folders are stored locally on your device unless you choose to back them up using third-party services.
- Audio Recording & Playback: The app requires microphone access to record audio notes. These recordings remain stored on your device and are not transmitted to us.
- Photo & File Access: Required only if you add images to your notes. We do not collect or retain your photo library or files beyond what you add into Notora.
- Device Information: We may collect anonymous data such as device type, operating system version, and crash logs to improve app stability and performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Enable note creation, audio recording, and playback
- Organize notes into folders for better management
- Fix crashes, enhance stability, and improve usability
- Analyze app performance and usage trends
3. Data Storage and Security
All personal notes, images, and recordings remain stored locally on your
device unless you choose to back them up. We do not access, transmit, or sell
your personal content.
4. Permissions Required
- Microphone: To record audio notes
- Storage / Photos: To save and attach images or audio files
- Device Access: For organizing folders and saving notes locally
5. Advertising & Analytics
Notora uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may
collect and use certain information, such as your device’s advertising ID,
IP address, and interaction data, to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
We use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain and
manage user consent for ads where required by law (such as GDPR).
